Following its Guardian Student Media Award for ‘Website of the Year’ 2011 Redbrick has launched a new-look website, and has successfully been short­listed for the award once again.

The website will be competing against sites from Sheffield, Leeds, Bournemouth and Imperial College London, after demonstrating its ability to deliver clever and original online content that makes the most of its medium.

Shortlisted entrants will be invited to attend an awards ceremony which takes place in November 2012. On the panel are a number of esteemed media figures including BBC News Editor, Steve Herrmann and Editorial Director of Time Digital, Tom Whitwell.
