NUS going the Extra mile...
The Guild of Students is committed to giving you the best possible student experience. I’m sure most of you are aware of the National Union of Students (NUS), one of the largest student organisations in the world. At the moment you can use your NUS Extra card in many well known shops in the city centre, however, here at the Guild we understand that it is important for you to be able to use your NUS Extra card for every day items, with that in mind we have gone the Extra mile for you. You can now use your NUS Extra card on the high street (Selly oak). We have identified local discounts that will make a difference to you. Below is a list of the companies joining in with the campaign. If all that wasn’t enough, if you are one of the first 50 people to purchase your card from the sales units on the ground floor by Spar, between the 17th November – 1st December
(11:00am – 14:00pm) you will receive a ‘Guild Goody bag’ containing a USB stick and a piggy bank to put those saved pennies in!!! If you are unable to get to the Guild you can purchase your card online at www.nus.org.uk, however you will not be eligible for the ‘Guild Goody bag’!
