Many students never live in University Accommodation during their time at Birmingham; either because they are a home student or decided to live in private accommodation during their first year. FOCSOC is the RA for these students, working to ensure that students who live off-campus have the same great experience that hall residents do. They organise events and activities to bring off-campus students together and provide welfare support including a buddy scheme.
