The Guild can support you to cope with the demands of University life in a variety of ways, including helping to meet your housing needs whilst you're at University.
SHAC is the first point of call for students searching for private rented accommodation. A dedicated lettings agent just for students, SHAC opened on 1 December 2009 in the newly re-furbished Retail area on the ground floor of the Guild of Students building.
Being student focused, charging no fees and only dealing with properties from accredited landlords, the SHAC can offer you practical advice to help you find the right housing. SHAC aims to provide high quality accommodation from reputable landlords, which will help raise the standard of student accommodation locally.
