► Nightline

A Confidential Listening & Information Service…

…run by Students for Students

Nightline is free a and confidential listening service, where you can talk about anything without fear of being judged, or patronized.  You decide what you want to talk about, and for how long.  You can ask us anything from the number of your local take away to the opening times of the library.  We also have a copy of the exam timetable in the third term.

No problem is too trivial to call Nightline about!

How can you get in contact with us?

Phone:
Our phone lines are open from 6pm until 8am every night of term. You can find our phone number on the back of your Guild card.  If you live in Halls of Residence, you can also speak to us free of charge by dialing 7999 from your internal phone.

Email:
If you don't want to speak to us you can email Nightline at nightline@guild.bham.ac.uk. Every email will be replied to within 48 hours.

Drop in session:
If you want to speak to us face-to-face we offer a drop in service, every night of term from 6pm until midnight at St. Francis Hall. We'll call you a taxi to get you home if you are worried about leaving late at night.

We’re only a phone call away!
