Welcome to the e-voting page in the NUS Delegate Elections and RA Elections 2011.
To vote click on each position title to be taking to the e-ballot page for that position. How many positions you can see will depend on how many elections you are eligible to vote in.
All students are eligible to vote in the NUS Delegate Elections, elections that decide who represents YOU on the national stage at the Annual Conference of the National Union of Students.
Those currently residing in a University residence (i.e. Aitken or Tennis Courts) are eligible to vote in their Residents' Association Committee Elections. For those first-years who are residing in private residence (i.e. Queens' Hospital Close or private rooms in Victoria Halls) or are leaving at home you are eligible to vote in the Freshers Off Campus Society Elections. FOCSOC is the RA for those students who do not live in a University residence. Voting in the RA Elections allows you to decide who will organise activities and entertaionments within the residence and choose YOUR representatives within the Guild and the University.
Please not that with regards to FOCSOC only those students who have opted-in to recieving communications from the Guild of Students have been automatically added to the voter list. Equally the voting lists for the other halls are based on information provided to the Guild of Students by the University. If you are a first year and can see no RA or believe you have been assigned to the wrong residence, please contact the Guild of Students immediately at elections@guild.bham.ac.uk.
