Come along and try out the weekly Cool Runnings circuit session (for free), in the Old Gym (Building Y1 on the campus map).

We have around 10-12 stations each week, with 30 second efforts and 20 second rests. Stations include squats, mountain climbers, skipping, reverse sit ups, russian twists, triceps dips and more!

Our circuit sessions are a great way to improve your fitness, meet new people, and can complement your training for other sports.

All abilities are welcome!
