If you’re a student at the University of Birmingham, then you’re automatically a member of the Guild of Students.

We’re here to make sure you get the best from Birmingham!

Being a member gives you the chance to do things like join societies, volunteer or take on part time-work – as well as giving you access to a range of services just for students at Birmingham. As a charity and the union for more than 28,000 students, we represent you - our members - to the university and other organisations. We’re your voice on the issues that matter most to you.

And we’re also here to help you develop skills outside of study, have fun, meet people and make sure your time at Birmingham is special.
