With professional qualifications and background in GRC/AML/FCP compliance in fiduciary services, tourism, and financial compliance, I have a keen interest in the developments of regulatory requirements and the effects thereof on the behavioural change and culture within financial sector.

My international experience spans the geographies as diverse as Russia, Seychelles, United Kingdom, where I successfully built long-lasting relationships with regulators, high net worth individuals, professionals and academics, compliance qualification providers among others.

I have been an international student with the University of Birmingham since September 2014, when I joined my MSc International Business course, and currently doing my PhD. Through the years I have realised the importance of the Guild, especially for international students, coming to the UK for the first time. I would like to give back to the community of students to ensure the Guild of Students remains the main point of contact for all students. With my student experience, as well as numerous occasions when other students shared their experience, I believe I have sufficient understanding of most concerns that students, and international students in particular, can face.
