I just wanted to provide an update regarding an Open Letter to the Russell Group that I’ve recently signed.
What’s it all about?
Many Postgraduate Researchers are currently facing inadequate funding and support, exclusion from funding opportunities and are being denied funding extensions. All of which can put a considerable financial and mental strain on PGRs.
Therefore, to address and change this, last week, I joined other Postgraduate Officers across the country in signing an open letter to the Russell Group, requesting access to extension support and hardship funding for Postgraduate Researchers.
