Body Vive 3.1 is one of the most effective workouts available, combining low impact cardio, strength and core work. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, low-impact running and resistance tube exercises help you get fitter faster, with great music and motivating instructors that will leave you full of energy and feeling great!
