Student Group committee workshop: Running a ball

An interactive session on how to organise the best ball/formal/end of year dinner for your members. We’ll go through the whole process, we’ll discuss the issues that come up each year and we’ll talk about realistic time frames to organise and promote. We’ll cover:

  • The organisation process
  • Budgeting and finances
  • Marketing
  • What to do on the day

 

They’ll be lots of opportunities to ask questions to Student Groups Staff as well as meet other committee members.
