Birmingham St Mary's Hospice are looking for event volunteers for their Jingle Bell Jog and Festive Market, if you can spare a few hours ideally between 9am and 11am they’d be so grateful!
This year they’ll be welcoming 600 Santa’s to Birmingham Moseley Rugby Club before waving them off on a 2.5km or 5km route around Billesley Common.
Volunteers are needed from 9am, with the doors opening at 9.30am and the jog starting at 11am. They estimate the event will finish at approx 3.00pm. However, if you can't help all day but can give a few hours of your time then that would great. Job roles will include; registering participants, handing out Santa suits, running games stalls and activities, selling raffle tickets, managing car parking, marshalling on the route, handing out medals and mince pies and event set up and breakdown.
