Top Tips for success at Assessment Centres

Our innovative ‘Top Tip’ sessions delivered by our Student Peer Presenter Team are designed to give you the confidence and tools to make your way successfully through the application and selection process.

Come along to our 30 minute session to find out how to be successful at assessment centres and what kind of activities you may face.

By the end of the session you will:

• Understand why employers use assessment centres as part of the recruitment process
• Gain an insight into the kind of activities employers use and what they are looking for
• Develop an awareness of how employers assess you on the day
