It’s not the most glamourous task, but someone’s got to do it!
Join your Community Wardens and the wonderful University of Birmingham Conservation Volunteers to tackle rubbish left on the streets of Selly. We want students, permanent residents and staff members to come together to make the area a little cleaner, a little greener, and a whole lot nicer.
You may think that anything to do with litter can’t be fun, but we always have a nice chat, meet new people and go for a free drink afterwards. Plus you get the added bonus of seeing the results on your streets!
Where: Meet at Bournbrook Pavilion to get kitted our before heading out to different roads. We'll return again afterwards for a well deserved free drink!
When: 1-3pm, 11th October 2018.
Who: You! Bring yourself whether you’ve volunteered with us before or never even heard of a Community Warden, and grab anyone you can to bring along.
