Dear Ballroom Dancing Committees,
Please pay for the relevant number of Ballroom & Latin, Rock & Roll Only and Spectator Entries that you included on your entry form sent before the early entry deadline of 12 noon on Monday 7th January. All entries included on the early entry form must be paid for here, as we will not accept any other payment for these early entries.
Likewise, please DO NOT PAY FOR LATE ENTRIES here. Any entries made after the aforementioned early deadline, but before the final deadline of 12 noon on Friday 11th January must be paid in cash on the day and you will incur an extra £5 charge per late entry. (Note that this extra £5 charge will not be added to Spectator entries. Spectator entries will remain £5 and can be paid on the door). We will of course be checking the entries we receive against the payments you make to ensure all teams pay the correct amount.
