Follow the patter of typewriter keys to have a free poem crafted for you in minutes by the magical Beth Calverley.

Beth takes her travelling machine, with its whimsical flagpole, umbrella and bubble-engine to universities, festivals, hospitals and schools across the country.

The Poetry Machine is easy to spot - look out for the bubble engine, whimsical flagpole, and bright yellow umbrella. Your poem will be a beautiful treat and the perfect way to decompress after exams.
"Every poem was special to each and every one that you wrote for. You have certainly opened my eyes to poetry and its positive power.” – Anne, party organiser

“The poems seem to make manifest a whole range of tacit, invisible things. The writing of them, the physical typing of them, the stamping and putting in an envelope are ‘crafting’ realities from amorphous thoughts and feelings and I think it really helps people to process difficult emotions.” - Dr Anna Farthing, Bristol Hospitals NHS Trust
