Everyone needs a little 'me time' especially after the fun (but sometimes hectic) Semester 1 has brought you so far. The Student Mentor Scheme want to help you to take a minute to think about your wellbeing.
Join our FREE yoga class to wind down. Any level welcome, no need to be a pro at all!
Book your space online, turn up on the day and get stuck in. This event is available for all students in University halls of residence, not just those in Pritchatts Park.
Mats are supplied but you're more than welcome to bring your own too.
