You do not need to pre-book an appointment. You can just turn up, you’ll be seen on a first come first served basis and may need to sit and wait to be seen by an advisor. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee everyone will be seen, therefore it suggested you come as early as possible.
If for any reason you cannot attend a drop-in session and would like to speak to an advisor, please email Guild Advice to see if any alternative arrangements can be made.
