Come and meet your new flatmates and your Hall Reps and Mentors, over a few slices of pizza, to help you make the most of your first few nights in your accommodation.
At this event, we will help you:
- To settle in
- Make new friends
- To have something to eat and chat to people
- Ask any questions you may have about living in accommodation or life at Birmingham, from current students
You can come to this event either on your own or with your new flatmates. If you do come on your own, our Hall Reps and Student Mentors are extremely friendly and will introduce you to new people so you're not on your own.
This event is FREE OF CHARGE and open to all students in our UoB and partner accommodation sites. Gluten free and vegan options available.

Aitken - Grass to the rear of Aitken Block C - 5.30pm
Bournbrook - Owsley Room, Bournbrook Pavillion (through Brooks Bar) - 5-5.30pm
Battery Park - 1st floor social area- 5-5.30pm
Chamberlain- Ground floor reception area - 5pm
Elgar Court - Grass area in front of Block C - 5pm
Jarratt Hall - Car park - 5-5.30pm
Metalworks - Social/Common Room - 5-5.30pm
Mason - Mason social space/laundry - 5.45pm
Maple - Outside block 8 - 5.30pm
Oak Brook Park - Social/Common room building - 5-5.30pm
