We welcome you to Gatsby's most extravagant party!
Yes, that's right BEDSoc's Spring Ball is just around the corner. This year's Ball is being held at the stunning Botanical Gardens in Edgbaston.
Tickets are £35 (£38 for non members - if you don't have a membership you can buy them for £10 on the BEDSoc page) and this includes:
- A delicious 2 course meal
- A drink on arrival
- Awesome DJ George Alderson (fresh from playing Reflect, he has a regular show on Burn FM and will be a great edition to Gatsby's festivities)
Dress code is formal so get glitzy and glam! No need to dress to the theme but make sure you're dressed to impress.
There will be a bar to purchase drinks throughout the night to keep you dancing.

Roasted Rump of Lamb with a minted lamb dauphinoise potato, glazed baby carrots wit a mint and rosemary jus

Panfried Mackrel with braised baby leeks, buttered thyme potato fondant, with a chervil and lemon cream

Chargrilled Sweet Potato dome filled wth a mediterranean ratatouille, with glazed vine cherry tomatoes, wilted baby spinach, courgette and carrot crisps and red pepper dressing
and
glazed apple tart with salted caramel ice cream
or
deconstructed strawberry cheesecake- steeped strawberries with vanilla cream cheese mousse and a ginger biscuit crumb

trio of white, dark and milk chocolate mousses with a shaped black current gel
