Two pairs of recently married Gondoliers and Contadine are in shock as they find out that one of the Gondoliers is in fact the King of Barataria, wedded to the Queen of Barataria in infancy, but no one knows which! The Gondoliers travel to Barataria to resume their position, away from their new wives, but what if someone had a surprise in store that changes things for everyone?
