This event is open to everyone, whether you've been a member of filmsoc or just arrived on campus for the first time this week. Please come along and get to know what we are all about, and I'm sure we'll head down to Joe's Bar afterwards to chat if you want to join us.

We will begin showing the film at 19:30, however we should be at the Guild Council Chambers from 19:00. 'The Shape of Water' is an American romantic fantasy. Eliza Esposito, a mute caretaker at a high-security research laboratory in Baltimore, teaches sign language to the Amphibian Man captured from the Amazon river by Colonel Richard Strickland. As Eliza secretly visits the Amphibian Man she gradually falls in love with him, and plans to set him free from the brutal research methods.
