Our job requires you to :
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Update company website when necessary
- Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes;
- Keep diaries and arrange appointments;
- Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing;
- Create and update records and databases
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management and clients
- Liaise with external logistics partners
Skills
- Ability to work flexibly
- Able to search for new opportunities and clients for the company
- A highly motivated work ethic and good eye for detail
- Good communicator at all levels
- Manage own time in a balanced and efficient manner
- Have the desire to show initiative
- Confident in IT skills
