Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional materials and analysing sales data.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Directly involved with the branding of the company
• Media support including development and update of company’s website
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales data
• Assist the promotion of the company through social media
• Monitoring the success of existing marketing strategies
• Identify and evaluate competitor’s products characteristics and strategies
• Maintaining research information on competitors
• Travel abroad to attend medical fair exhibitions and introduce the company/products to potential clients
• Public Relations Coordination/ Build Network/ Expand pool of customers
• Prepare Sales meeting materials as requested.
• Other miscellaneous administration tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
• Experience with research methods using data analytics software
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
