Customer Service Assistant

  • To assist customers with the sign-up process to Redbrick Bills.
  • Helping with the service transfer over to Redbrick bills for 2017/2018 tenancies.
  • Contracts are June 2017 to September 2017.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound phone calls.
  • Resolving any queries with our customers and suppliers upon sign-up.
  • Ensuring services are set up efficiently.
  • Speaking to our customers through social media channels to aid in driving sales and engagement throughout the holiday months.

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Solid work ethic and a pro-activity.
  • Attention to detail.

Prior to your start date you will be sent a information pack. The welcome pack will outline your role and guide you through our CRM system to make sure you're ready to go from the outset!

10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: £8.00 /hour

  • University: 1 year
