Customer Service Assistant
- To assist customers with the sign-up process to Redbrick Bills.
- Helping with the service transfer over to Redbrick bills for 2017/2018 tenancies.
- Contracts are June 2017 to September 2017.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound phone calls.
- Resolving any queries with our customers and suppliers upon sign-up.
- Ensuring services are set up efficiently.
- Speaking to our customers through social media channels to aid in driving sales and engagement throughout the holiday months.
Knowledge and Skills
- Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook.
- Good telephone manner.
- Solid work ethic and a pro-activity.
- Attention to detail.

Prior to your start date you will be sent a information pack. The welcome pack will outline your role and guide you through our CRM system to make sure you're ready to go from the outset!
10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
