After School Club Assistant (Magical Maths) [GUI1129MM/AW] (10 positions)

Do you LOVE working with children? Can you help us make maths magical? Are you free some afternoons?

Magical maths is a fun after school maths club, and we are looking for enthusiastic outgoing individuals who are passionate about working with Primary School children. It is a six week programme with a different theme each week. Each week has a single, one hour session and covers different topics in a fun and exciting way.

This initiative will be beneficial for all students, regardless of your post university aspirations i.e. this is not just for students aiming to teach! Students involved will gain a variety of skills, including:

• Project management
• Independance
• Initiative
• Leadership
• Team work
• Interpersonal working ability... and much more!

Such skills are valued by employers in the variety of different environments that students enter into, and these skills can be effectively marketed to potential employers after university.
