E-commerce Sales and Customer Service Assistant (Blue Mountain Trading Ltd) [GUI0957BMT/CB] (2 positions)

We are looking for an enthusiastic part time member of staff to assist with various aspects of our business. We an e-commerce retailer serving customers in the (UK, USA, Japan, France & Germany) based in the Jewellery Quarter and the role will include the following:

 

• Web design – Wordpress, HTML & CSS, e-commerce software

• Create listings on eBay and Amazon marketplaces

• Photography & Photoshop to create web ready images

• Retail and/or e-commerce experience is also helpful

• Microsoft Office software – Excel, Word, Outlook

• Product descriptions – writing enticing but accurate product descriptions 

 

In addition, the role will also entail:

 

• Assisting with Social Media – Promoting products, introducing new products, communicating with suppliers and customers

• Assisting with customer service enquiries 

 

The role would suit a student looking for valuable experience in a dynamic, fast paced business environment. The successful applicant would be assisting with various aspects of the business and this is a wonderful learning opportunity. The ideal candidate would be comfortable with multi-tasking and taking on a varied role.

 

We understand the demands of studying for a degree whilst working and will provide the level of flexibility required.
