Details

We are looking for an Administration Manager to work as part of our management team. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative support across operations. Reporting to the Site Manager and working full-time, ensuring that the organisation remains compliant in relation to internal and external policies and procedures. The candidate should be comfortable with communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.

Responsibilities

Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organising, and implementing administrative tasks;
Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, and disciplining employees;
Provide accurate administration of staff hours, rotas, holidays, HR duties and staff training;
Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
Organise and report accurate data, ensuring inconsistencies are highlighted and actioned (financial and non-financial);
Support the Senior Management to deliver business/system changes;
Provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices;
Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements;
Other miscellaneous administration tasks as assigned;
Requirements

Experience of working within highly compliant or heavily audited roles
Experience in taking ownership of large administrative functions.
Professional and sensitive in regard to dealing with confidential information
Proven experience as administration manager/a team player with leadership skills
An analytical mind with problem-solving
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
