More about this position:
- Plan and run safe and fun activities for groups of children (particularly in your areas of strength and interest, e.g. sport, media, drama or art)
- Staff will ensure that campers experience a range of exciting, age appropriate and fulfilling activities
- Interact and communicate with children, staff and possibly parents, and adapt to difficult situations
- Oversee daily routines such as meal supervision, wake up and lights out
- Build a good rapport with the campers, especially those in your dorm
- Supervise groups on excursions
- Address emotional & behavioural issues sensitively
- You must be committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people
