Details
Duties:
· greet customers
· Answer the phone and deal with customer enquiries
· Make customer appointments and keep practitioner diaries up-to-date
· Filing records and manage practitioner diaries
· Handling of Treatment monies and dealing with card payments
· Occasional website updates
· Ensuring treatment rooms are set up for the practitioners
· General housekeeping of the reception area
Skills/experience:
· Good communication skills are vital
· Empathy towards people who have health problems
· Good telephone manner
· Previous reception experience would be beneficial but not necessary
· Experience in microsoft word, publisher, excel
· Website design & Social Media experience is a bonus.
