Our seasonal staff are at the heart of NCS, and we're proud of the thousands of people who motivate, lead and inspire young people on their NCS journey.
Each programme runs over 4 weeks, and will be with teams of up to 15 young people aged 16-17. There will be 2 members of staff per team and senior staff on site.
Week 1 is an activity residential, Monday to Friday, at centres across the UK.
Week 2 is another residential, Monday to Friday, this time focused on developing skills for life, leadership, communication skills, organisational skills and project management.
Weeks 3 and 4 are based in the local community and involve the planning and delivery of a social action project, making a lasting difference in their local community.
All training will be provided. No experience needed, just the right attitude!
We have start dates across the summer and the possibility of up to 8 weeks of work, earning £2475.
