Opportunities have become available for Casual Housekeeping Attendants, you will support the department to ensure the guest room is serviced to Hyatt’s Room Brand Standards, paying attention to detail and taking pride in your work you will be responsible to fully service 15 rooms.
Working in the largest department in the hotel you will be part of the team that creates the first impression the guest has as they enter their room.
Normal duties include changing bed linen, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning bathroom, stocking trolley and engaging with your guests.

Person requirements
Work experience in hotel operations is desirable. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. Applicants must have GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent. A Diploma / qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management would be advantageous.
