Main Function / Purpose of Job
• Support daily activities as a key member of the Procurement systems team supporting administration activities across the department to ensure accurate and timely processing completed.
Principle Accountabilities
• Support Administration activities assigned across the Procurement team within the UK to support European and departmental business objectives.
• Support in error fixing for POI related activities
• Support the Supplier Add/ Change process for EU
• Support purchase order replication for designated area
• Processing of ECN’s after initial sourcing
• Chasing supplier Certificates
• Issuing of RFQ’s to suppliers and collating responses.
• Price changes for material movements
• Miscellaneous other duties as assigned
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance are upheld at all times.
Preferred Education & Experiences
• Advanced computer skills including MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• High levels of self management and accuracy throughout all projects
• Interest in Procurement/Purchasing
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
