Summer vacation customer service advisor (Vesey UK) [GUI1517V/FR)

The UK 's fastest growing supplier of branded team wear and accessories supplying brands such as Nike and Adidas sportswear to sports teams, schools, colleges and Universities throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.  We require two customer service advisors to provide a high level of customer service, assisting with customer enquiries, concerns and requests about orders and products.

Main responsibilities:

  • Process website orders with suppliers, actively seeking alternatives whereby items are unavailable
• Deal directly with customers by telephone and email, responding promptly to all enquiries in a professional manner
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve stock issues
• Provide customers with pricing and delivery information
• Handle and resolve customer issues/complaints
• Organise workload to meet customers’ demands
• Follow set procedures enforced by the Company
• Process a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cheques and purchase orders.
