Tattu is a young, award-winning restaurant brand launched in Manchester in 2015. Celebrated for our modern take on Chinese cuisine and stunning interior design we strive to offer guests a unique and engaging dining experience. Our third site will launch in Birmingham in January 2019.Applicants will require experience in fast paced large cover establishments with an attention to detail and real drive for great service.

Wage is dependent on experience and we boast a tronc system that rivals all.

What we are looking for from our servers:

• To manage a busy section, ensuring all guests receive the highest level of service
• To have outstanding knowledge of our menu and how items are created
• To be an ambassador of the sensory journey created at Tattu.
• Previous restaurant experience at the highest level is essential
• Enthusiastic and confident personality
• Great attention to detail and a drive for perfection
• Real passion to deliver the highest level of service
• The ability to organise your time well and work under pressure

Applicants must have at least 2 years of strong restaurant experience and have a genuine dedication to the industry and be passionate about the food and drink we create. We will offer you great structure and a challenging environment daily. Continually giving opportunity to learn and improve.
