Bank Care Support Worker (Jaffray Care) [GUI1059JC/LR] (5 positions)

The Bank Care Support Worker will work as part of a team providing 24/7 care, ensuring all clients receive high quality care based upon their individual needs and wishes.

You will assist with personal care in line with individual care plans, prepare meals, be involved with daily activities (including trips out), shopping, appointments, household duties (including laundry, cleaning, etc), delivering effective communication, encouraging clients to participate in personal interests and preferred activities.

You will work under the guidance of a senior member of staff at all times, who will provide ongoing training and support.
