Details
We are seeking to appoint a team of Anatomy & Physiology presenters to teach students basic anatomy and physiology through hands on dissection. You will be based from our Birmingham offices and travel to institutions UK wide in the companies vehicles. The company recently featured on 'BBC Dragons Den' and specialises in teaching A&P through a variety contextualised immersive experience including a simulated post mortem and operating theatre experience. We use real anatomy specimens of porcine origin for teaching purposes.
What will you be teaching and where?
- You will teach GCSE, A Level and Undergraduate students A&P
- You will be delivering events at schools, colleges, hospitals and universities throughout the UK & Ireland
What skills do I need?
- You will need to have a good solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- You should have some understanding of how human anatomy and physiology translates into clinical conditions
- You need to strong headed, motivated and able to think on your feet
- You must be comfortable with the dissection of real specimens (technical training provided)
- You must be confident and able to present to large audiences
- You will be required to learn the basis of our events and keep your knowledge and skills fresh and up to date

What does the role involve?
- Driving company vans
- Loading and unloading flight cases
- Setting up staging, working with our technical team to assist setting up props and equipment
- Teaching anatomy to a loose outline
- Demonstrating anatomy and leading dissections
- Linking anatomy to clinical conditions
