Duties:
- Hosting a 'speakeasy' style bar: a small. intimate venue that allows a real fair for personality
- Cocktail making
- Cash handling
- Maintaining bar standards and cleaning
- Taking bookings on the phone and using booking software via iPad
- Cash handling and using an iZettle till system
Bar experience desired but not essential as training will be required. A real must is an understanding of 'the customer experience' and the ability to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
