Salary
• Basic weekly salary from £423 plus 12.12% statutory holiday pay

Who You Are
You have:
• a degree in a sports-related subject or are currently studying for one
• experience of coaching at least 3 sports (stated in our application form)
• experience with the age range of the students at our centres
• a First Aid qualification*
• the ability to engender a positive attitude in staff
• the flexibility to respond to the unexpected
• a sense of humour and enthusiasm
• a genuine interest in the welfare of young people
- If necessary, TVSS will recompense successful applicants for the cost of a recognised First Aid course (50% of fees on completion of contract and a further 50% on completion of contract the following summer).
The Role
You will:
• assist the Recreation Director at the centre in organising and planning the recreation programme and sports competitions
• check facilities and equipment before and after activity sessions
• compile attendance lists for activities
• ensure appropriate risk assessments are done
• supervise students on excursion and airport transfers
• be a responsible member of the residential team
• use your enthusiasm and experience to bring the programme to life
• create a safe and stimulating environment in which students enjoy themselves
• have access to high quality facilities
Our Schools
We take great care choosing our schools and we look at everything they have to offer from their location to the range of facilities. We run courses at:
• St Georges School, Ascot
• Epsom College
• St. John's School, Leatherhead
• Rugby School
Therefore, locations are in Ascot, Epsom and Leatherhead.

Interviews
We appoint on a rolling basis so early applications are always encouraged.
We conduct two interviews for our Recreation Assistant positions. The first will be on Skype. The second interview will be on Skype or in person, as appropriate. Personal interviews (when applicable) are held at our Head Office in Windsor.
