Ethnic Minority Students’ Officer
The Ethnic Minority Students’ Officer campaigns against the barriers that hinder the experiences of BME students here at the University of Birmingham. This Officer is also co-chair of the Black and Ethnic Minority Students’ Associations (BEMA). This role plays an essential part in giving BME students a voice on campus.
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Queer Students' Officer Students’ Officer
The LGBTQ Officer campaigns and raises awareness of issues facing lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer students at the University of Birmingham. They also co-chair the LGBTQ Association. This Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the Guild is on the forefront in the fight for equal rights for LGBTQ students.
The Women’s Officer will represent woman and Non-binary students to the Guild and University. Co-chairing the Women’s Association they will campaign to raise awareness of particular issues facing women and Non-binary students.
