This is a group for those who desire to increase their confidence by building muscle and/or losing fat along with finding new friends/gym buddies.


We aim to help people who are interested in the sport of bodybuilding, help people find "gym buddies", advise gym-goers on the best ways to train  for muscle hypertrophy, advise members on dieting for "cutting" and "bulking" & help people develop confidence by either building muscle or losing weight.
