Suppliers List: Index of companies that groups may want to use for coach hire, clothing, printing, ball venues and club promoters
Contract Template: Example template to use when arranging a deal with a company, such as sponsorship, these must be checked by the Guild before they are signed.
Invoice Request: To request an invoice to be raised on your behalf, when another organisation needs to pay your group
Equipment guide: Information on storing and borrowing equipment.
Equipment inventory: If your group owns equipment, you should complete one of these each year to track what you own
Key list: If your group has a locker or room, you need to tell us who should have access to it.

Meet your officer team

Every year, you elect fellow students to your Officer Team, who represent you and lead your union. Each Officer has their own roles and remit which you can view below. You have a chance to make sure your elected Officers are doing what they said they will, by attending Officer Question Time held each term.
