Our Yoga classes run four times a week. Monday and Tuesday classes are taught by our flow teacher Faye who also owns Barefoot Studio in Harbourne, Wednesday morning classes are taught by Karine and Friday classes by Sumita. All classes last an hour and a half apart from Wednesday whihc runs for 75 mins and are paid for at the door before each class. There is a discount for members and please ask us about our loyalty card too! Come along for classes in the Cadbury room in St Francis Hall (O2 on the campus Map, right next to the guild) on Monday and Tuesday snd Friday at 4.15-5.45 and on Wednesday at 10.00- 11.15 in the guild. The more you come to our sessions, the more the teachers will get to know you as a person and will help you to improve!
This society is perfect for beginners wanting to give something new a go, as well as for those who are a little bit more experienced (the majority of the committee were beginners so don't worry at all if you've never tried it before)! We run loads of socials (free pizza is a must), as well as taking part in both Societies Nights and Sports Nights with pres as a society. Practicing yoga will not only help improve your flexability/strength but you'll have a chance to make friends and have fun too.
