Please be aware that  access to bakes is given on a first come first served basis by signing up to the event on Facebook.

This society is designed for all who love baking, are keen to learn, or for those who simply love to eat! Bakesoc is an officially recognised guild society and all University of Birmingham students are welcome! Feel free to join and post ideas, comments, and suggestions for baking events and socials!

We meet on fortnightly Wednesdays, at 5:30pm and 7:30pm, depending when's best for you, in the Oasis Kitchen, which is downstairs in the St Francis Chaplaincy.

If you have any questions either message us on the facebook page or email:

Membership is £10 which includes entry to all bakesoc meetings and availability to loan the equipment during the bakes.

Non-members are welcome to attend meetings too for just £2. (We are unable to guarantee entry as our members take priority).

To ensure that you get what you need from us, when you need it, we have created a set of promises which we will always aim to deliver.
