We are a volunteering project visiting St. Stephen's Day Centre and Bournbrook Manor Residential Home each Wednesday afternoon. Both are in Selly Oak, within 10 minutes walking distance of the University campus. We organise a variety of activities for each session such as bingo, arts and crafts, games and quizzes. You can go to one or both of the homes and come along as often or as little as you want - it is completely up to you! As volunteers we really enjoy helping the community in this way and the elderly people definitely appreciate our company. Please look at our volunteer role description below for more information and we’d love to see you at our welcome meeting on:

To ensure that you get what you need from us, when you need it, we have created a set of promises which we will always aim to deliver.
Every year, you elect fellow students to your Officer Team, who represent you and lead your union. Each Officer has their own roles and remit which you can view below. You have a chance to make sure your elected Officers are doing what they said they will, by attending Officer Question Time held each term.
