We are a volunteering project visiting St. Stephen's Day Centre on Wednesday afternoons from 1:15pm to 2:15pm. We visit Bournbrook Manor on both Wednesdays and Fridays, at 3-4pm. Both are in Selly Oak, within 10 minutes walking distance of the University campus. We organise a variety of activities for each session such as bingo, arts and crafts, games and quizzes. You can go to one or both of the homes and come along as often or as little as you want - it is completely up to you! As volunteers we really enjoy helping the community in this way and the elderly people definitely appreciate our company. Please look at our volunteer role description below for more information
