The Cognitive Science Society is a newly established (December, 2017) society that brings together students to discuss the mind from all angles. If you are studying any of the constituent disciplines (i.e. artificial intelligence, neuroscience, psychology, linguistics, or philosophy) please feel free to join, and if you are not, but are keen to discuss the mind, then your are welcome even more!
- reading clubs regarding a particular topic in cognitive science
- movie viewings with subsequent discussions
- computational clinics where we help you code your own experiments or software you might find relevant (simply drop us a line if you are interested in participating)
With more venues to come as the society matures!
If any of the events sound like something you might find interesting and this peaked your attention, then drop us a line on Facebook or the email below so you stay in the loop.
The second planned event will take place on the 16.3. in the Nuffield building, room G22 at 18:00!
