For anyone interested in Muay Thai; a practical striking martial art that utilises punches, kicks, knees and elbows, known as the "art of 8 limbs". Good for fitness, sparring and self protection. All levels and abilities welcome; sparring is not compulsory.

Session Types
Technical Classes:
Affectionately known as 'techs', these classes are suitable for all abilities and focus on developing students' fundamentals, including stance and techniques with demos from our instructors, guided partner drills, pad work and some fitness.
Fighters Classes:
These are more intensive training sessions with focus on building fitness and developing sparring skills via partner drills and light sparring.

Safety
All training will be supervised by qualified instructors and all attendees will be required to follow their instruction, particularly with regards to safety. Any and all sparring will be kept light and controlled with protective equipment worn. We advise all attendees to trim their finger and toe nails, as this sport is done bare foot, remove all jewellery before sessions and shower after every session to prevent any infections.
FAQs
What do I need to bring?
Just wear light, comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity and bring water. If you have your own kit (i.e. gloves, shin guards, etc) please bring them, although we can provide some if you do not have any. If you plan on sparring, you will need a gum shield and we highly recommend wearing a groin guard.
Do I have to spar?
We only ever spar in fighters sessions, which are not at all compulsory (although highly encouraged!)
