This social is the perfect opportunity to enjoy some FREE cheese and wine*, whilst networking with your peers. Non-alcoholic drink options will be available and vegan cheese!
* 1 glass of wine or soft drink per person. Please arrive on time to the event as after 15 minutes, we will begin to allow entry for non-ticket holders.
Entry:
Free tickets reserve your place until 15 minutes after the advertised start time of the event. Any spaces not claimed by then may be released to others waiting to attend. Those without tickets are welcome to join the queue on a first come, first served basis, subject to venue capacity, but please note that queuing does not guarantee entry.
Accessibility:
The venue is accessible for wheelchair users via lifts. Look out for directional signage across the Guild to assist you.
Proof of ID:
This is an 18+ event. Please bring a form of photographic ID with you, which clearly indicates your date of birth, such as a passport or driving licence.
Everyone will be asked for their ID upon entry, to prove they're over the age of 18. We will not accept photographs of your ID on your phone, screenshots or copies of your ID, we will only accept the original hard copy.
UoB Student ID Cards: If you have one, please ensure that you bring your student ID card (and e-ticket if applicable) to this event and present this on entry. However you are a new student who hasn’t yet collected their Student ID Card, you can provide a member of staff with your 7 digit student ID number instead, which will have been emailed to you by the University.
