If you are a committee member of a student group in 2026-27 join us for a range of summer training opportunities to help you excel in your role for next year.
There are multiple sessions to choose from, please see the full list below.

| We <3 Consent Workshop | 11-12pm | Join us for a workshop designed to empower you to become an active bystander who can confidently challenge harmful or negative behaviours. This meeting is a great chance to experience the session first-hand, explore how your group can get involved in our campaigns next academic year, and even look at creating bespoke workshops tailored to your needs. This session is packed with discussion, activities, and practical tools to help build your confidence and support positive culture change |
| External organisations, charities and your group | 1-2pm | This session is ideal for any group that does a lot of work with external organisations. Here will be discussing best practice on how to manage these relationships, collaborative working and Charity Law

| Compliance or chaos: managing risk for your group | 2-3pm | Managing risk forms an important part of running your student group. This session is ideal for any groups who run high risk activities, would like some advice on developing an Annual Risk Assessment, or who want to expand their knowledge on best practice in risk management
|
| Making Money: fundraising, making the most of your money & securing funds | 3-4pm | Here we will cover the different ways you can generate funds for your group and fundraising best practice

When you register your attendance, please specify which sessions you would like to attend and you will then be sent the relevant call link/s to join the meetings online on the morning of Tuesday 18th August.
